We explained our goals to Glenn and what we ultimately wanted at the end of this ordeal and what we got in return was upfront honest because, more than anything, he wanted to see that we got what we were looking for and not just a quick sale. Throughout the buying process, Glenn Gottfried was dedicated and thorough, even at time to a fault. He kept his deadlines and made sure that at no point did we lost anything it could be helped. In fact, there was this one day that he was afraid we’d lost our escrow money and was stressing out, calling our numbers and leaving dozens of voicemail messages. Personally, he is the kind of guy that is easy to work with.

Sandra kept in touch with us re: when she took photos, prepared video, when the property was online etc. She sent us 44 emails from the time the property was listed to the time it closed; we were never wondering “what is going on.” Sandra called us with an offer on March 28 – about 3 weeks after we listed. She advised us regarding a counter-offer and the very next day we had an offer to purchase the property with a closing date in less than 2 weeks. During the time of the closing, we would have been in the UK visiting our daughter.
