Our client seeks an organized and detail oriented Virtual Assistant for administrative duties and supporting clients with ordering products.

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Online product management experience
• Collecting product reviews
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to create and manage SOPs.
• Familiarity with marketing tasks such as social media management and email campaigns.
• Experience with task management and delegation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflows.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, including content creation, email campaigns, and social media management.
• Manage and delegate tasks to consultants, ensuring deadlines and projects stay on track.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Collecting and managing product reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.​​​​​​
