Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Siding Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget. The Siding Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing day-to-day project activities and assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
· Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Provide strong leadership to the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
· Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
· Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.
· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to construction quality.
· Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budget.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement safety measures on construction sites.
· Expected to drive within a 120 mile radius to attend job site meetings and supervise projects.
Qualifications:
· A minimum 5 years experience in project management with an emphasis on siding.
· Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a team forward on tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Must be of legal status to work in the US.
