Are you a passionate and skilled Audio/Video technician looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? We're seeking a dedicated Senior Lead Tech to contribute to the success of our cutting-edge projects.

About the Role:

As a Senior AV Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex AV projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in planning, installing, and maintaining audio and visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load code to BIAMP, Crestron, and QSC systems.
• Oversee AV projects from start to finish, including code loading and installation.
• Construct racks, prepare cable pathways, and install network cabling.
• Terminate, test, and label network, audio, and video cables.
• Adhere to company-approved installation methods and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and code standards.
• Verify system completion per installation drawings.
• Communicate effectively with the Shop and Project Manager to meet project schedules.
• Maintain equipment inventory and submit daily activity sheets.
• Troubleshoot AV projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• CTS-I certification within 6 months of hire.
• Pass the Jessica Lunsford Badging (JLA) assessment.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• 2-5 years of experience installing audio/visual, teleconferencing, corporate video, control systems, and related systems. Telecom and/or construction experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for A/V and electronic trades.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch for extended periods, climb ladders and scaffolding, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in high places, small spaces, hot, humid, and cold environments.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, self-discipline, focus, and professionalism.
• Able to travel 80% and be out of town 2 weeks at a time at minimum.
