Job Title: Plant Controller
Job Location: Mitchell, IN
Work Schedule: Hybrid: Average of 3 days/week on-site, with occasional more days on-site, as needed)
Salary: $110k-$125k base salary + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k with up to 3% Company Match
Must have:
Experience working as an Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, and/or Cost Accountant
5+ yrs of Accounting experience, with the majority in a plant environment
Experience with: Bill of Materials, Bill of Operations, standard costing including the calculation of labor & overhead rates, budgeting and variance analysis against budget & prior year
Strong ERP knowledge, with Epicor preferred (not including Quickbooks)
Nice-to-Have:
Power BI
PoC Revenue recognition
Reporting packages, including Cognos, Hyperion, etc.

Job Details
This position will be responsible for managing the Plant Controller operations within the manufacturing environment. This includes duties such as fixing the Bill of Materials & data recording issues, performing root-cause analyses, and creating policy changes to fix problems within accounting.
Must have:
Experience working as an Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, and/or Cost Accountant
5+ yrs of Accounting experience, with the majority in a plant environment
Experience with: Bill of Materials, Bill of Operations, standard costing including the calculation of labor & overhead rates, budgeting and variance analysis against budget & prior year
