We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic, that wants the opportunity to start ASAP and grow with a Property Management Company.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Must know Yardi and be familiar with other Leasing Software.
• Must have 6 months or more of Apartment Leasing Experience.
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
• Professional attitude and presentation
• Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone

Apartment Leasing Consultant Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Greet visitors (residents, future residents and internal team members)
• Provide tours and promote attractive community features for prospective tenants.
• Collect application fees, deposits and rent.
• Preparing lease documents, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.
• Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications.
• Record visitor traffic, leasing status and community complaints.
• Prepare service requests.
• Prepare move-in / move-out notices or inspections.

Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, POP CARD, or YIELDSTAR are a PLUS.
