Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sample/Book project

Location: Nappanee, IN (100% onsite)

As an Administrative Assistant - RV Sales Materials Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assembling and maintaining a comprehensive book of colors and materials. This resource will be used to showcase the variety of interior and exterior options available for our RV models. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Material Compilation: Collect and organize samples of fabrics, finishes, paints, and other materials used in RV interiors and exteriors.
• Catalog Development: Create and maintain a visually appealing book of colors and materials for use in sales presentations and customer consultations.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials in the catalog.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams to update the catalog with new materials and remove outdated options.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to obtain samples, verify material specifications, and manage inventory.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team as needed.

• Experience: 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in sales or design industries.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Design Awareness: An understanding of design aesthetics, color coordination, and materials is a plus.
