Throughout the buying process, Glenn Gottfried was dedicated and thorough, even at time to a fault. He kept his deadlines and made sure that at no point did we lost anything it could be helped. In fact, there was this one day that he was afraid we’d lost our escrow money and was stressing out, calling our numbers and leaving dozens of voicemail messages.
