Sandra kept in touch with us re: when she took photos, prepared video, when the property was online etc. She sent us 44 emails from the time the property was listed to the time it closed; we were never wondering “what is going on.” Sandra called us with an offer on March 28 – about 3 weeks after we listed. She advised us regarding a counter-offer and the very next day we had an offer to purchase the property with a closing date in less than 2 weeks. During the time of the closing, we would have been in the UK visiting our daughter.
